Slow-Roast Collaborators

Slow-Roast just kinda happened.  

It started when a group of my friends who loved to write and play music started having weekend jam sessions at my house.  We would put on a large piece of meat, (usually a pork butt or 2) on my smoker and then go make music and drink beer for hours. 

It was fun AF and after a while it became pretty much a weekly occurrence.  Over time I acquired more gear and our jam sessions (or slow roasts)  turned into recording sessions.

As a result many pork butts (and even whole pigs) were eaten.  Songs were sung.  Huge sides of brisket were devoured.  Guitar solos amplified into the heavens.  Drunk gourmet 2am dinners became legend.  Countless tacos, sandwiches, ramen and crockpot shenanigans were idealized into reality.  So many beers and bowls devoured in the process.  We had so much fun.

Over the years my friends and I are still at it.  Maybe a little older, wiser and a little more sober (for the most part) but the general idea has stayed the same- Making things with great people who love, music, art and eating bad ass food.

The goal for Slow-Roast is to build a community of likeminded artists and musicians who want to express themselves through various mediums and share it to the world.  We have a plethora of original music, art, clothing and video from the array of people that are a part of our story.
